Gert - Bariton Saxophone

Gert started playing the saxophone in 1985. Initially on altsax where he took lessons and did several workshops in Delft. After moving to the Eindhoven region in 1998 he followed several workshops with Vereniging Jazzworks Eindhoven. He played in different bands over the years but was always most interested in improvised music. By accident he got his hands on a baritonsax and was sold. This was his new thing. Gert has been with GroovElation from the start in 2005 and beside this band partakes in jamsessions in Eindhoven.
